Ian Wright tells Arsenal to sign Omar Marmoush

Gunners icon Ian Wright and has told Mikel Arteta the the players he should look to bring to ARSENAL in the January window, as he would like Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush to be brought to the Emirates.

Arsenal have had a stuttering start to the season with some brilliant performances keeping their hopes of a Premier League title alive, while some dodgy performances have meant that Chelsea and Liverpool have kept that gap between the sides.

Arsenal have two weeks to go until they can start signing players again and Mikel Arteta will be eyeing a few deals that will get his team fighting closer to Liverpool and Chelsea for the Premier League title.

Marmoush is having a superb season in the Bundesliga with 18 goals in all competitions, but he has been linked with a move to Liverpool as a possible replacement for Mohamed Salah, who is out of contract at the end of the season

Wright told the Wrighty’s House podcast: ‘I’d like people to have a look at Omar Marmoush at Eintracht Frankfurt and Ademola Lookman at Atalanta.

‘I’m going hard on those two! Go and look at Omar Marmoush at Eintracht Frankfurt, what he’s doing.’

‘He [Marmoush] assists, he takes corners… he has really good pace.’

Wright added: ‘You look at them… the way we play and what we need, the both of them would be perfect. They would be brilliant.’

ARSENAL need a striker, they dont need anymore attackers that can play in a number of positions, but Arteta knows what he wants and if he wants Marmoush, then an offer will surely be made as they have the money to get the players they could like.

But we would also not be surprised to see Arsenal make no signings in January
