December 18 – UEFA has begun the first stage of a tender for exclusive hospitality sales, marketing and production rights for UEFA EURO 2028, publishing a Request for Information (RFI) to hospitality companies worldwide.
The 2028 Euros will be hosted in eight cities across the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Building on the success of previous tournaments, particularly the impressive Euro 2024 hosting in Germany in the summer, UEFA is looking to provide both companies and individuals with an ‘attractive hospitality offering’ for the next tournament.
“The RFI invites companies to express interest in assisting UEFA in its Hospitality Programme for UEFA EURO 2028. UEFA wishes to appoint one company for the Global Exclusive Sales, Marketing and Production Rights (including Catering). Optionally, in addition to the Sales, Marketing and Production of the Official Hospitality programme, candidates will also be able to submit a proposal to deliver production services (including catering) for the Sponsor and VIP Hospitality programmes,” said UEFA.
“Interested companies must submit their information and express their interest in the tender to UEFA by 10 January 2025 and, if selected to participate in the tender process, to submit their proposal by 6 March 2025.”
The official hospitality provider for EURO 2024 was Hospitality Experience AG, a joint venture between Sportfive and Fortius, which proved to be successful as the tournament became renowned for its organisation.
UEFA’s hospitality programme in Germany provided an exceptional experience, featuring premium tickets, gourmet catering, and excellent seating with outstanding views of the pitch. Guests could choose from three exclusive hospitality tiers: Platinum, Prestige, and Club.
